Guarantee For Laser Toner Cartridges:

The Turbon Group guarantees that all of its products are free of manufacturing or material defects. All products are manufactured to perform as well as the supplies offered by the original equipment manufacturer. All products used under normal conditions will not cause harm to the printer nor will they void new printer warranties.

Any product that has been found to be defective within 365 days of shipment will be replaced with a new product.

Should the product be found to have caused damage to a printer due to a defect, the Turbon Group will reimburse reasonable costs to repair the printer. Reimbursement will occur only after the Turbon Group receives back the product that damaged the machine along with a written statement from an authorized servicing organization's representative detailing the problem and the cause.

The Turbon Group's liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
